REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Made-to-Order Products All Paw Print Society products are custom printed and made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pawprintsociety.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. You do not need to return the item.
Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@pawprintsociety.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations As orders go into production quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at hello@pawprintsociety.com if you need to cancel.
EU & UK Customers In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us at hello@pawprintsociety.com to initiate a cancellation under this right.
